Installing and Maintaining Zeolite Max Infill.

INSTALLATION:

Zeolite Max is safe to install directly on top of the turf fibers as well as in the base material.

CAN ZEOLITE MAX BE INSTALLED UNDER THE TURF?

Yes,  Zeolite Max is recommended to go underneath and on top of your turf for the product to be fully effective.

WHAT IF I PUT TEXTILE/WEED BARRIER FIRST?

When Zeolite Max is applied on top of the weed barrier, your pet’s urine will soak into the fabric. The fabric will hold onto the smell and it will make your lawn smell, defeating the purpose of Zeolite Max. If you have an installation especially dedicated to pets, weed barriers are not recommended.

HOW DO I INSTALL ZEOLITE MAX PROPERLY?

Install Zeolite Max with a drop spreader or simply shake it out of the bag and spread thoroughly. There might be a standard dusty residue, simply hose it down with water to clean. Allow for the product to dry for 24 hours to take maximum affect.

HOW DOES ZEOLITE MAX WORK?

Zeolite Max captures ammonia found in urine and because of it’s negatively charged properties, it prevents ammonia from turning into a gas, therefore eliminating smell.

MAINTENANCE:

KEEP ZEOLITE MAX DRY:

Zeolite Max works best if it is dry. Let your pet “do their business” so the granule can receive urine and then simply water down the turf.

RAIN WATER:

Rain water’s sodium ions will release the magnetic properties in Zeolite Max to allow the captured bacteria spores flow through the turf’s perforation into the ground.

If you live in a dry climate where rain water is scarce, an enzyme cleaner will help clean and kill bacteria left behind from your animal. When spraying the cleaner, allow the material to dry so Zeolite Max can be utilized again.

Zeolite Max is a safe non-toxic product that is environmentally friendly and ideal for any synthetic grass installation. This product withstands animal urine and all types of weather and foot traffic. It prevents the growth of spores and bacteria within  your turf products and is a simple one-time application. Because of the material’s porous structure and purity,  Zeolite Max will not overheat in the sun and help alleviate your synthetic grass’ surfact temperature. This product does not contain heavy metals, zinc or silica dust.
